The location is excellent, the staff is accommodating and welcoming.

It boasts convenient location adjacent to downtown Charlotte and local restaurants.

A nice size room with comfy bed and hypo-allergenic pillows. Lots of facilities such as: a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a microwave.

The rooms with all the necessities. Complimentary and good breakfast and plenty of goodies.

The rooms are spacious and the check-in girl was helpful. The bus driver, Sam, was fantastic in providing transportation. The lobby is clean and cool with a great breakfast and a hardworking lady maintaining it. The fitness room is clean and ready to use. The staff went above and beyond with transportation assistance.

The room itself was spotless and updated. The hotel was fairly clean. Courteous and polite staff gave advice on things to do. My room included central heating, a private safe, and a multi-channel TV. The property was in a magnificent location near Charlotte airport, an Internet cafe, and a store. I loved my stay and would recommend it.

We where there for overnight stay, and had an excellent time. It's exceptional hotel with COURTEOUS staff and free internet. Hotel's bar was amazing.

Was a good base for weekend. The hotel was nicely decorated, the staff were professional. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with a full fridge, swivel mount TV and all the necessities and that was great.

The location was favourable, not too far from Woodshed. Furthermore, down to the Mexican restaurant. The room was cool & immaculate, with a full fridge. A microwave and a refrigerator were a big plus.

The hotel was in a favourable location, close to the airport. Moreover, it was so close to Charlotte, restaurants and Internet cafe. The food was fine and there were plenty of dishes in the menu.

The place was overall clean, I booked the guest room with views of garden, everything was perfect. I found the hotel's location comfy, adjacent to supermarket, the airport and restaurants. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to Jerry Richardson Stadium. Liked my time here.

They gave us updated and new-fashioned a double room with a full fridge. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge were provided. The location of the hotel was magnificent, to the Mexican restaurant or anywhere else we wanted go.

The breakfast was very good, with a friendly and joyful attendant. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The check-in process was friendly and the shuttle driver was accommodating. Late check-out was appreciated.

Felt taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.
